Our Mission

Our Mission

The founding objectives of the Club as stated are: ‘To broaden and strengthen the moral, social, and intellectual life of its members, and through them make itself a power in the community.’ Later, this was added: ‘To establish, erect, and maintain a Club House for civic, benevolent, and social uses.’

Community Outreach

Westfield Woman’s Club has been dedicated to supporting our community for over 150 years. We partner with various organizations to provide support as needed.

Community Table

Community Table is supported by our members who prepare beef stew and serve a full meal of salad, rolls and dessert four times a year.

Food Pantry

Our members regularly donate non perishable items to replenish the food pantry shelves.

Samaritan Inn

Women Veterans

We coordinate with the operators of the Samaritan Inn to find out what is needed by the residents and donate personal items on a monthly basis.

We supported our women veterans at the Veterans Home and provided holiday gifts for them.

Our House

Our members collected and donated journals for the residents to use as part of their therapy or personal journaling.

As society sees what women can do, as women see what women can do, there will be more women out there doing things, and we’ll all be better off for it
